Old school dive in the middle of a rapidly gentrifying area. You never know what music is gonna be playing. I've heard 70s Country, White Zombie and mumble rap. Small pitchers of Hamms/ Old Style and High Life for under 3

Some people make you feel you always have a welcome place and make you feel like their willing to hangout as has Jake and Julie have always made me feel. No matter weather of day, they just are always so cool. I appreciate them, and I will until I decide to move from this place. They are sweethearts and there is no denying that because of their charisma and undying williness to please their customers. These people are great! If you are sweethearts to them they will be your best friends because they love their customers.

I lived in this neighborhood 12 years ago, and used to laugh about the sign they had near front door. "We reserve the right to refuse service to people of questionable character." That would have made for a pretty boring local dive. Now, I go there on karaoke nights, because my son hangs out with his work crew and I'll use any excuse to see him. I've discovered I love singing karaoke, and the whole atmosphere is like high school, only this time, I'm cool and people like me. Plus I'm working my way up to becoming the"Curly's Tarot Girl". I always have my deck with me, and readings are getting popular.
